By placing an order with Coastal Windows & Doors Ltd, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein. All products, including custom-manufactured windows and doors, are produced according to the specifications approved by the customer at the time of order confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all measurements, design selections, and order details prior to production. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced. Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including material shortages or supply chain disruptions. Upon delivery, the customer must inspect all products and report any damage or discrepancies within the specified notification period.

The company shall not be liable for improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal variations in materials and finishes.

Payment in full is required according to the agreed payment schedule, and failure to remit payment may result in delays, storage fees, or cancellation of the order. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
