Refund Policy

At Coastal Windows & Doors Ltd, we manufacture custom and standard windows and doors built to customer specifications. Because many of our products are made-to-order, our refund policy differs from typical retail return policies.
Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
2. Custom Orders (Made-to-Measure Products)
All custom-manufactured windows and doors built to customer-provided measurements, specifications, finishes, glass selections, hardware choices, or design modifications are considered final sale.
2.1 Deposits

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
2.2 Refund Eligibility for Custom Orders
Refunds are only issued if:

3. Standard (Stock) Products
